Romaine is a licensed, registered dietitian who has a Master of Science Degree in Nutritional Sciences. She works at the Southeast Georgia Health Systems as a Clinical Dietitian.

As the vice chair, her objective is to help recruit and train community members to become advocates for the neighborhoods in which they reside. Thereby helping to raise awareness about environmental justice issues, while building lasting coalitions between communities of color, local government and the private sector. All to address specific concerns relating to air, water and ground pollution that disproportionally affect people of color in those communities.
She is committed to making a difference in her community.

He has been married for over 30 years to his wife, Vanessa. Together they have two Sons: Dominique and Jaylen. They have two grandchildren: Dominique, Jr., and Tracey.

She moved to the coast to begin a research and education program in 2010 after receiving her PhD in Ecology from UGA. Kimberly contributes to the conservation of our natural world through field research, the integration of the sciences into more sustainable societal practices, and community engagement to increase awareness of how human health is linked to environmental health. She was elected to EJAB in 2019.

Water Resources Specialist
Katy received her Bachelor of Science in Ecology from UGA and is currently a Public Service Assistant for UGA Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant. She manages the Water Quality Program based in Brunswick, Georgia and provides education, outreach and service-learning opportunities to address water quality challenges and engage the public in marine stewardship. She provides technical assistance to researchers and coastal resource managers and enjoys translating scientific information into engaging and informative content for people of all ages. Some areas of expertise include marine debris, estuarine water quality, the role of freshwater wetlands in the coastal landscape, and the impacts of bacteria and contaminants on environmental and human health.
